Growing Faith Through Fellowship and the Outdoors.

Growing in Faith Through God's Creation

Our Church Youth Hunt is more than an opportunity to spend time outdoors—it's an opportunity for young people to grow in their relationship with God while experiencing His creation firsthand. The outdoors provides a unique setting where distractions are few, allowing youth to reflect on God's presence, appreciate the beauty of His handiwork, and build meaningful relationships with Christian mentors and peers.

Throughout the hunt, participants will have opportunities for devotionals, prayer, and discussions centered on biblical principles such as stewardship, responsibility, patience, respect for God's creation, and gratitude for the blessings He provides. Hunting also teaches valuable life skills, including safety, discipline, ethical decision-making, and conservation, while reinforcing the importance of treating wildlife and the environment with respect.

For many young people, access to hunting opportunities can be limited. This event gives them a safe, supervised environment to learn proper hunting practices from experienced mentors while creating lasting memories with fellow believers. Whether a participant harvests an animal or simply enjoys the experience outdoors, our goal is that each young person leaves with a deeper understanding of God's love, stronger faith, new friendships, and a greater appreciation for His creation.

By combining outdoor recreation with biblical teaching, the Church Youth Hunt seeks to encourage spiritual growth, build character, strengthen community, and inspire the next generation to follow Christ in every aspect of their lives.
